I thought he was "ok". It wasn't his best routine, but they all appeared to struggle last night..with the exception of Chelsee.

He and Aliona make a great pair to watch physically, but sadly I don't think she's the best teacher to teach him what he needs to learn. In fact, apart from Erin, almost every other female teacher would have been better for him.”

Hey Socha.

I'm afraid I disagree on this one - Harry leaves me cold. I see no real signs of enjoyment and I certainly don't think him streets ahead of Jason and/or Chelsee. Although the latter has taken longer to develop her skills - or rather, lack of training hours was reflected in some of her earlier performances - I think she's gradually put herself in a very strong position and imo is certainly outshining Harry.

I'm a massive McFly fan, bordering on the point of obsessive, but I totally agree with everything you've said. I'm sadly finding him very dull and he hardly ever smiles! I was blaming it on the nerves in the first two weeks but not anymore. Crack a smile for once please Harry!

Poor man. He's got a young sexy russian writhing all over him, but he can't get no Satisfaction.

Harry is clearly a let-down judging by this thread and 'ditchwater'.

He just hasn't taken off, has he? And would it hurt him to bloody smile? Apparently...it would.

Have we actually seen him dance as though his very life depended on it -- No passion, no fire, no desire.”

Yeah and his face always has that slightly bewildered look on it, like he'd rather be somewhere else.

Somehow it always boils down to this

OR Harry is a great dancer and Aliona does him injustice

OR Aliona is a great choreographer who has been hiding Harry's shortcomings very cleverly

I'd be happy to watch Harry do the chicken dance! Gorgeous boy.

I certainly do not see him as the best dancer and much prefer Chelsee. Jason's too serious for me & Harry will always have the heavy anchor of Aliona.

I think Harry is a sweet guy, rather handsome and I enjoy watching him dance. He has produced some nice dances with some technically good sections BUT I don't feel he has the passion that makes routines great. I also don't really feel the chemistry with Aliona. Those two things are really important to me and I think that Chelsee is one person who has that passion and chemistry and therefore she is my favourite.

Now why didn't you say that earlier? Aliona could have done a jive with him in a chicken suit, after jumping out of a 50s roadster at the KFC drive-through. Would have been right up her street. I mean, highway.

No, I agree. I think the people who mainly like him are of the "Wew coz ee iz wew fit innit, aaaariiight" variety.

Don't give Aliona any ideas!

Didn't Mark Ballas and Bristol Palin do a jive in gorilla suits on DWTS?

Eye candy for the girlies. Can dance, good but not great. Could make the last three, but Chelsee will probably gain enough fans to enable her talent to win it for her.

I like Harry but thought the samba showed up his short comings - I am sure he can get round them though.

He was overmarked

Harry lacks the fluidity of movement and hip action you see in natural dancers.I think the judges are overmarking him and Holly to attract the younger X-Factor audience.

I find Harry good technically, but there's no real spark in him. I agree with the judges (for possibly the first time ever!) and think he needs to let go a bit more. I still like Aliona's choreography though, and don't believe she is doing him a disservice.
