If you say you don't like Misha, why are you labelled a racist?

I was having a discussion on another X Factor forum earlier.
I wrote that I didn't like Misha's music and I suddenly found myself in a flame war.
People started writing really horrible things to me calling me a KKK member and racist and stuff like that for no reason at all. Why is it that if you say you are not a Misha fan you are automatically some sort of racist?

I'm not racist by the way....

It's not that different on this forum tbh.

I think people are trying to silence all criticism of Misha and try and blackmail people into supporting her.

This. It's become impossible to say anything critical about Misha without someone jumping down your throat and calling you a racist. It's shameful.

I'm not racist either, I'm just really bitter about Tiger sacking me after all those majors I'd won for him.

Happens here too. Ridiculous.

Because disliking her means you have a problem with strong black women who are outspoken.

It has absolutely nothing, I repeat absolutely nothing, to do with being allowed your own opinion on someones vocals/performance style.

The fact that (the white) Cher Lloyd was criticised for many of the same things is irrelevant.

The same thing happens if you criticise Kelly Rowland also. It's all getting very tedious.

I actually think that the way the racist card is being used at the moment is very dangerous to the whole black cause. People are going to get so fed up of it being misused that when there is a case of racism nothing will be done.

I don't agree. People can say they don't like her. It's when they make unsubstantiated accusations and talk a load of do do about her that makes fair-minded people jump to her defence.
It's a shame if that's happened to you I certainly don't condone that.

What does it mean then if you dislike Misha but like Alexandra Burke and Kelly Rowland for example?

The internet is full of immature idiots who couldn't hold a debate if their life depended on it.
