I'd love to see her as a judge on the next series. What can we do to get the BBC to listen?

Even as a gay man I always had a bit of a crush on her! Think she's great!

Have to be honest - I haven't "red buttoned" her so I don't really know what she does there - presumably gives a proper critique of the dancing? Would be interested to know how many people do listen to this and whether they would miss her doing it.

Just wondered as 2 alternative possibilities have occurred to me for next series - either:

1. Swap her and Alesha round making it more about training/family/costumes etc etc

2. Whether they do or not, do away with the red button, and have their spot after the judging for each couple instead of THOSE "in training" fiascos before them.

I really hope they don't involve her any further. She spoils ITT on tuesdays for me. She manages to be gushing and smug all at the same time.

I agree entirely, plus I don't think the pro's would be too impressed. I can remember on past ITT where Brendan and James both made remarks about her suggesting there was some animosity between them.

Just because someone is an expert dancer it does not mean they'll make a great judge or even a decent panellist, week after week.

I have dealt with clients who want to go on panels and have to deflect them, not because they did not know their stuff, but because they did not have what it took.

Karen's curse is that she is totally self-absorbed, rarely stops taking about herself, never stops banging on about her and 'Ramps' and comes across as totally insincere. She gushes and gurns incessantly, and that is dire on TV.

She is also a tad blowsy and would need a make over to stop her looking like an off duty air hostess ready to hit the wrong side of town come 10pm.

I absolutely love Karen. She was fabulous (she still is!) in her pro days, check out YouTube to see her with Bryan Watson in her heyday, just brilliant. I've always wanted her as a judge
