I am never good at playing these types of games. Whenever I do training courses and they go around the room at the beginning say who you are and where you work etc - I have to really bite my tongue to stop myself saying something like "my name is Talulah and work as a stripper at Spearmint Rhino!"

Agree with this. I think what gets to Jay more than anything is the fact that Aaron really couldn't give a damn whether they speak or not. Jay can't understand how Aaron can close himself off etc and that to someone like Jay ( who claims he's a people person ) is frustrating i guess.

Aaron deals with potential arguments in the manner my mum used to say - ignoring them ( the instigator ) will wind them up more but yet you come out the bigger person

BUT, Aaron did tell jay what his problem was - at least twice that we saw. Jay just didn't like what he was saying and wanted to argue with him until aaron saw his point of view. by not talking to him aaron deprived Jay of the opportunity to brow beat him into submission. Jay there is talking as if aaron never told jay what his problem was. He did actually.

I'm pretty dreadul at public speaking, one to one I can talk to anyone and have done. No problems with big crowds, dinner parties you name it but make them all go silent and look at me and I freeze Aaron seem the quite the opposite
