I think they have formed an alliance when it has suited them to do so. We saw it early on with the shopping when it needed sorting, and the sharing of drink when it needed sorting. At times like that jay and aaron always came together to be "in charge" of the group - like the two leaders of the seperate halves. It only lasted as long as it suited them though because as you say they are just too different. Add to that the fact that Jay wants to take the lead, the alpha male, the dad of the house and the fact that Aaron just ain't gonna dance to that tune and subvertes him at every opportunity making jay look foolish in the process and these two were never going to hit it off for any long period of time
They force the viewer to take sides almost depending on your views and outlooks on life. It wouldn't surprise me if the final vote comes down to Aaron v Jay.

I read just now that aaron refused to sign with Richard desmond. Could this be why he gets such awful edits? Iam really worried about how they will show presentgate tonight. he will be shown to be so nasty and mean while jay and louise who did this for the publicity will come out squeaky clean.
How many of us would honestly spendŁ1;000 on people we have known for a few weeks?

I just watched that! been away all weekend, so haven't seen any! That is shocking! You can hear the sound has been chopped up anyway! but the flash to the eyewas soooo obvious!

This whole show has been either you agree with Jay's outlook to life or Aarons.Both housemates and fans.Faye's family would agree with Jay types but having watched Faye's online interview she talks about paying students debts.It means she has been to university.There is no way she is going to let someone like Aaron slip through her hands.That is what she means by finally she be herself,someone they share an outlook to life.

Re the desmond thing - alex sibley has tweeted that he understood that if they did not sign then they did not go on the show - but don't know if that is true.
things with a contract like this is if it can be proved to be unreasonable then he would be able to get out of it in any case (as they all would) and would imagine he would know that anyway. One of the articles in ECHR is a right to work and as such you could argue that forcing someone to sign a contract with a particular agency before allowing them appear on a TV show which is linked to that agency, and tying them in for ten years is unreasonable. I think with the right legal team behind you you could break that contract quite easily.
It is also not that difficult to buy yourself out of a contract - particularly if you are earning decent money.
If aaron hasn't signed with them then it could explain why they don't want him to win.
