What he said was that he put on the brash, arrogant persona that we saw in his audition tape and entrance VT throughout the audition process, in order to get onto the show. But he always had the intention of just being himself once in the house.

I can't see the problem with that myself. I agree that the majority exagerate themselves to get a place in the house. Most just aren't as honest as Aaron is.

If Aaron really did that then i love him even more! What a legend!

Jay and Aaron are fine again. So that should help his odds a lot!

I havnt seen the clip but best housemate does not mean favouirt person. We know he was close to Mark and Harry and he thought Mark would win. Faye is his girlfriend he is answering the question as if he was a viewer i think.

I dont think he sees Faye as a housemate he sees her as a girlfriend she os just not in that category for him its completely separate.

Of course he pretended on his video because he had applied before and not got in so he did what he could to get in as did the others and other housemates in previous years.

He has been true to his word that he wasnt there to be the wallpaper.

His mum did say she did not recognise the Aaron on his video so i think it was pretty apparent that it was an act.

If Jay wins i do worry what example that will set for young people ie that sort of talk and behaviour is to be rewarded.

Also i think Jay will win as his Mum has set up a large twitter campaign and regularly tweets celebs and ex housemates to ask them to endorse support for him.

I think jay's organised campaign will win it for him.

Jay has also said he is not acting himself in the house Aaron hasnt said that.

It would do everyone good if Aaron could win it would show that sex talk, aggression and violent talk are wrong and that polite behaviour and good manners matter. Also it would show an intelligent housemate can win and is a desirable quality not the playing dumb for effect even if you are bright.

Also it would show the wannabes that go on the show that the viewers want to see real people on the show, people who want to be on the show because they are a real fan not as a stepping stone for a quick rise to fame for doing nothing.

Aaron not only needs his fans votes but other housemates to start voicing their support for him.

Aaron a fan and decent person - i hope is the winner.

Last time I looked on Betfair his odds to go tomorrow were about 10/1 and his to win odds were just over 3/1

He's third favourite to go, second favourite to win.

He might go, but it'd be one of the biggest shocks in BB history if Tom or Louise were to outvote him.

I mean, who's voting for Tom? He's all right, but people aren't passionate about him one way or the other. In all the online polls, he's struggling for 2% of support.

yes it could explain alot. But imho the aaron in the house is the real aaron - I have no idea how he could not be given the environment and the fact he is filmed 24 hours per day. Clearly prior to going into the house was the "act". I have no idea why they cannot see that.

The last 24hrs have seen Aaron's 'To Win' numbers tick down a little, but they still look pretty good, TiBB* has him at 59.5%, 2966 votes. His least favourite numbers have risen more than I'd like to 29.7%, 2395 votes, leaving his negatives at 49.9% just under the magic 50% mark!

To put that in perspective Aaron's still at a point where he's 2:1 and if you deeper into the numbers there are always more people who vote in the 'To Win' polls, so his actual numbers are 1765 votes to win compared to 711 against, a lead of over 1000 votes!!!

I agree, what we're seeing is the real Aaron. And that's backed up by his family and friends as well as far as I can tell.

I agree. Its good that we don't say in here generally how much we vote but I have seen things such as "50 votes for jay" and "10 votes for Alex" and such on FB - yet I know when aaron fans vote they tend to do far more than that.

I still think aaron can do this - and I think the punters at the bookies have this wrong.

I'm gonna have to finish my voting tonight though as I'm with my daughter tomorrow so won't be able to vote. Not even sure, at the moment, if I'll be able to watch the eviction show Can't figure out whether thats a good or bad thing. I guess it all depends on the outcome.

I guess we have to get our friends (none of mine are BB fans) to give Aaron some votes. I have asked next door's son to vote as he's on fb and he has (I've checked).

I think it would be a tragedy for either Jay or Louise to win BB. As you say, not much of a role model. Louise has been boring and Jay vile - if Aaron doesn't win I'd rather it was Alex or Tom.

my gut is that he isn't coming out on Thursday.

My head tells me he can win this - my gut hasn't really formed a firm view with regards to a winner yet.
