Neither of them thanked the other when Tess asked what they loved about the show, then they weren't really dancing their last dance together. Finally, they separated when the celebs and professionals were saying their farewells. What a strange ending!

I heard Brendan thank Lulu.

He did thank her but I got the impression it was just the 'expected' response rather than being from the heart. I wasn't sensing any real regret from either of them.

I guess it's unrealistic to expect every partnership to gel!

I agree, I don't think they got on well at all and from what I've been able to pick up from here, she did'nt put the hours in. Brendan would'nt have liked that as he's a really hard worker.

I think Brendan stepped aside to let Lulu take centre stage. She's absolutely amazing for a woman in her seventies. The wardrobe department did her no favours in their choice of dresses, and I don't think Brendan's choreography did her any favours at the beginning.

Perhaps she hasn't the stamina she had in earlier years, and that should be taken into consideration when considering the hours she put in.

I'm sad to see her go, and I'm sure she thanked him off camera. I hope we see her back on television very soon.

I thought it was strange that she didn't thank him...they couldn't even look at each other.

Are you sure? Isn't that the Eastenders lady?

EDIT: Sorry! You're right, but the rest stands. I like Lulu and I'm sorry to see her go.

Not bad for 63 is she; however I dont think she took the whole thing as seriously as she should have done. She didnt seem to hide her surprise at being voted out over Audley. Maybe she wrongly thought she was the nation's sweetheart and we would keep her in no matter.

Well they've let Bruce remind people what he can do. Perhaps they should ask Lulu back to sing. I thought she took her defeat very well.

Yep, that was Lulu. I thought it was a strange remark - but it fits her achievements. Always just about right, but never really good.

Mind you, I'm not a Lulu fan - glad she's out.

He waffled on and then mentioned her at the end, sounding almost like an afterthought.
