Although Im not Blulu's biggest fan (ha!), I do think that you are taking her words out of context. OK so she was disrespectful in not thanking Brendan in her thankings... but those comments about "glad I won't have to see you on Monday...." I think were Lulu's thoughts about what Brendan should be saying... (ie he was glad he didnt have to see her on Monday ..... although probably true in reality) because Tess's actual words were to Brendan: "Brendan have you anything to say to Lulu" (or something like that)...

But yes - totally weird last dance. He was trying to dance to her level (ie shortness) but she just wouldnt make eye contact and just did her Lulu thing...

Id say this evening's ITT will be uncomfortable viewing..

Anyone else think they may have a cushion wall between them?!

It really was so uncomfortable to watch...and afterwards they both drifted off to different groups of people. It's weird, because in the beginning they really seemed to get along, but the last couple of weeks (particularly on ITT last week) it has been quite apparent that they haven't been getting on as well.

I'm not sad to see Lulu go at all, but I am sad to see Brendan leave

I have absolutely no problem with Lulu going out - she was one of the weaker dances, I just think a lot of the posts are unnecessarily personal.

You can always watch the end of the results show on the Iplayer

.
Lulu's parting comment of 'I'm glad I'm not going to see you on Monday' was definitely not tongue-in-cheek. Brendan didn't look too heartbroken either.
I missed the results show - but reading your comments I can hardly believe it, that she was so indifferent to Brendan (although of course I do..). What are they oging to do today on ITT I wonder. So did they not do their individual "in the camera" I will always remember this, you were great and thank you??

It's horses for courses. Some who make adorable dance partners may not have what is takes for a solo singing career.

I do think Lulu hurt her career when signing up for Strictly. It is not her thing, Lulu does not sing in a chorus. Even when in hold she was looking down, absorbed only in her own part.

Another pro dancer solves the pesky problem of having a partner by subjugating him into the dust or dancing rings round him. Lulu wished her partner wasn't there, and in the farewell dance demo'ed the Lulu Dance.

I felt sorry for Brendan too! He is (as already said) not exactly my favourite dancer either but he looked to be trying hard with Lulu this year and she could at least show appreciation for that effort. Brendan hasn't had a good dancer for a while now what with Lulu, Michelle and Jo Wood so maybe he is due a better dancer next year (if he's still on the show, maybe he won't want to be anymore, who knows?).

No, these comments are so fake!

Have just watched the results show on recording, happily skipping through the Westlife and Forsythe segments, and just concentrated on results and the conversations.
All this Lulu hates Brendan stuff is in your feverish imaginations, thank goodness.

Night all
You should look again.

Lulu didn't even ackowledge Brendan. She thanked everyone but him. When she danced with him at the end she didn't even make eye contact. She was even trying to dance to the side of him. She was rude. She definitely has a problem.

Still got it? She never had it in the first place. She's always been naff. Grab a Granny Night at the Mecca Ballroom rather than Ministry of Sound or the Hacienda.
Oh, I agree. Don't go thinking I like Lulu.

Lulu certainly thinks she's pop royalty, an icon, a national treasure and sometimes she even thinks she's Napoleon Bonaparte!!!

She's been whinging to the Daily Mail this morning, saying Brendan was too tall for her.

Yeah! By how much does Audley tower over Natalie?

She doesn't see it as a problem.

Glad she's gone, she was ever too fond of herself.

Napoleon's army always arrived ahead of expectation, taking the enemy by surprise. For sure Napoleon's favourite dance was a foxy quickstep. On Strictly he could be paired with Ola.

I'm not a huge fan of Brendan's personality although I do think he's a wonderful dancer. He obviously worked very hard with Lulu and for her not to thank him and to dance on her own at the end was incredibly rude.

Not sorry to see her go, even though she wasn't the weakest dancer on the night.

Why is anyone surprised? Lulu has long had a reputation for being very rude with serious delusions of grandeur. She also looks ridiculous, I'm all for people keeping up with fashion regardless of their age but a 63 year old woman dressing and behaving like a teenager is pathetic.

I've never been a fan of Lulu, always felt she was a bit up herself, but even my hubby noticed that she didn't even thank Brendan. Soooo glad she's out but sad to see Brendan go.

I thought she had a stomach ulcer, when she was grooving to her own beat...but now I understand!

I think I saw Brandon smile twice on ITT, once on something Craig said and once when it was over.

Certainly could not have sat much further away from LoobyLu on that bench if he tried. He was out of shot most of the time - wonder whether she insisted on that? What a load of cr*p to say that he was too tall - she just couldn't cope with not being the centre of attention despite her best efforts. What a twit.

BTW anyone see OKtv? They were slating her for the "too tall" excuse - she's just made her self look even more ridiculous.

She never thanked Brendan properly on ITT either. I am reminded that she also derides "Boom Bang-a-Bang" at every opportunity, alienating those of us who have a lot of affection for that song. If you were eight in 1969, you'd understand.

Lulu, don’t bite the hand that feeds you.

They usually try to match the heights rather better. Brendan is one of the tallest male dancers and he had to stoop much of the time.

However, i think rather too much is being made of there last dance.

Lulu is so in love with herself and so convinced of her own importance I doubt she even notices Brendan or anyone else for that matter .She is wrapped up in her own bubble .

Her face showed she was shocked to be voted out. She obviously thought Audley was going. And then when she said to Brendan "I won't have to see you on Monday morning" I thought she wasn't entirely joking.
That reply was in response to Tess asking Brendon what he will take away with him, his thoughts on Lulu ect, and she replied for him saying he will be glad not to see her on monday morning.
