Guys, I need to get an E-Reader, but I need one with the following features;

- Able to read PDF's well. (i.e. wrap text format) [without having to convert to any format manually]

- surfing the net and downloading PDF's [Wirelessly [WLAN]]

- E-ink.

- Accepting micro SD memory cards, or having a fair amount of memory (atleast 1Gig)

Any recommendations?

Thanks in advance.

Meeting all those specs? Pretty much none I think.

Readers with e-ink, primarily Kindle, Kobo, Sony ereaders aren't great for surfing (where they can), but wireless downloads of PDFs? Not heard of that functionality. Drag and drop at best, via Usb connection.

Kobos take microSD cards, but you can't surf the net. Kindle has no memory expansion, though all models have minimum of 1gb memory - you can surf, but it's not a great experience. Most e-readers can display PDFs but results in terms of zooming, correct formatting etc are hit and miss.

PRS-650 will reflow PDF if you increase the font size, it has a slot for memory stick and sd, 2GB built in, eInk display (touchscreen). PRS-T1 is similar, built in memory is 1.4GB, it has wi-fi, but I do not know what you can do with it. Maybe it even downloads the ebooks.

You are welcome. Of those two I would buy T1, it's a newer model. I checked my favourite shops and they don't have 650 anymore. It's a 1 year old model, now. Personally I am a Kindle fan, but it can't do half the things you expect from your reader. T1 should do all you need.

No idea, I do not live in UK. Amazon have it for £140 which is rather reasonable, IMO.

You can get the PRS-T1 for £130 from Sony shops or online (not sure on posts costs though) - http://www.sony.co.uk/product/rd-rea...ok/prst1bc.cew

TBH when it comes to PDFs I don't think E-Ink is your best choice ATM, A tablet would do this much better.
