Hannah was friends with Lewis and for some reason in awe of Gbemi - and she allowed that to influence her choice of boardroom partners.
The kids don't like Harry M - possibly because they feel threatened by him - and don't make much effort to get on with him (he himself is clearly trying very hard to be a team player and fit in) - and they make mistakes because they ignore his advice/ suggestions. I also couldn't beleive Hannah and Gbemi saying that Harry didn't sell the triffid all by himself when he clealry did!
Had Hannah's team just TRIED selling at the higher prices - they would have wiped the floor with Lizzie's team who only came close because they tripled the prices charged.

I normally admire loyalty to friends, but it was Hannah's downfall this time.
