Hannah shot herself in the foot because Lewis was the object of her affection and she'd formed some kind of alliance with Gbemi so she took the other two, who happened to be the two strongest candidates, into the boardroom. in a war of personalities, lewis will massively lose. as we saw, he's not very assertive, especially against an assertive woman, ie zara. and i did get the gay vibe too, odd thing to notice, but i did. harry m is very upper class in terms of the way he comes across and god i wouldnt storm out, but it shows the divide, think about if youre lewis and may come from a less glamorous background and youve got mr high and mighty "oxford has my name written on it" then you'll feel annoyed by his presence and potentially inadequate (although i believe its the former and for good reason - harry m is a bit of a t wa t. is it just me, or is that harry's house at the beginning, that massive castle thing?? its huge! bigger than buckingham palace! harry's generally right, but he's a glory hunter and his attitude reeks of a sense of aloofness at times (maybe from his background).
zara's a hunter too, but she's got the ability to mask it, by her professional conduct, harry did take credit for that sale but in a very OTT way, and as they lost he milked it for all its worth. being a team player means be nice, professional, play the game and be inoffensive, but killer when necessary, which is something harry m doesnt have, but zara does. however she needs to be careful, her behaviour could come across as ignorant of orders, which it did at the time (even though she saved the group in the end - which she wouldnt have known when she went against the pricing strategy). she might win it if she plays her cards right. and she seems like she'd have a concept that she wants to make commercial unlike some of the others.
i was at the auditions last year, got to round 2, and some people chat utter bull to get there. i didnt simply because i thought it could bite you in the backside if you got through and were found out to be a liar. the producers cant tell a lie from the truth however. and people do take it really seriously. young people arent as dumb as the broadsheets' reviews have made out. if you play your cards right, that show can change your life, say you enter at 16/17, by 22 you could be a millionaire. imagine that if you have nothing. so everyman and his dog is going to enter. just thought i'd let you all know what its like to audition. but lets keep on topic
