Yes I agree, he and Zara are both pretty cool and can see both in the final.
I think the others are upset by him because he makes them feel insecure. That is not his fault

Harry does have good ideas but those ideas are just overshadowed, seemingly by his attitude.

Overshadowed because he is trying to convey his ideas and they are being ignored he then gets accused of not being a team player...it is very hard for him to try and manouver atm but he will outwit his opponents because he is playing very well.
I've set up and run several of my own businesses and recruited hundreds of top people. Harry and Zara would be on my shortlist for any general position, and they are only teenagers. They are raw around the edges and slightly hyper but they both have excellent instincts, take risks, they speak brilliantly and are smart and personable.
You could only scream with laughter at the hapless Hannah idiotically taking into the boardroom not only the 2 top candidates overall but also the two that clearly just wiped the floor with the others and brought in virtually all their money. So Zara 'disobeyed' - or possibly used her initiative to win 2 out of 3 of her pitches at much higher levels of profit. And Lewis has a problem with Harry dominating. Yes, well that tells you more about Lewis than Harry.

Smugness = enjoyable viewing.
I like Harry, one of the stars of the series so far.
If anything the other Harry was snide tonight, mentioning the 'rainforest chic' thing to try and drop James in it when Harry's own pitching was crap.

It's hard for him, but not the rest of them? Right.
Everyone has ideas, but it's him that seems to take offence and adopt a righteous attitude when he's ideas aren't the ones that are being implemented.
But it could be the editing which is why, in my previous post, I said "seemingly".
Zara is the best one because not only is she eloquent but she knows how to do business well and in a diplomatic manner. That's something Harry can't do. But that doesn't mean Harry is incompetent.

Well it is early days but I think he is being treated unfairly
He has already been told that nobody likes him and he is not a team player....
Well he was clever enough to ask the customers what they thought and if it would bring them there again. I wonder when he will lead a team he will find it almost impossible.

No you're not, I find him very irritating indeed. I can see him in 30 years' time, ruddy faced from too much drink, all full of superiority and bluster.

Lord Shuga had raised Zara's loss of the hotel contract and I think that fooled Hannah into thinking it was a message to bring her into the boardroom. What her thinking on bringing Harry in was I'm not sure other than him being generally disruptive. I'd agree with posters above that Lord S clearly wanted to boot one of the others rather than Hannah herself, but she'd left him no choice...

Thought he was very weak in this episode, essentially just goofing around with James (this reminded me of the partnership between Chris and The Brand).

Jeeeez seriously.... hammering down a 16 yr old kid who's showing nothing but very good entrepreneurial skills shows more about your character than anything else & that goes for the rest of the posters here who shows contempt for a young man who is actually a participant in a competition, as is the rest of those young business people.
Having read the bio of Harry Maxwell, I can understand why he's far more demonstrative when making business decisions...the kid has been in various businesses to date since he was 10 & no doubt has amassed a great deal more experience than any of the other candidates.
When you are in that unique position you cannot go back being timid & passive, your instinct is always to go forward.
And maybe that's the big difference in attitude between Harry M & the rest of them, apart from maybe Zara who seems to have a good business instincts too, whilst Harry already thinks of bottomline the others are just still in their infancy of playground attitude & nitpicking.
To me it's quite clear Harry & Zara are more mature in their outlook compared to the others.

I agree Harry H wasn't as good this time as he was in the first 2 shows - but I think a lot had to do with his partner in crime this week. James showed himself up as being very lazy and determined to do only what he wanted to and Harry allowed himself to be dragged down by James("Are we just winging it again?")!
However - he did well by shutting down the dithering Lizzie over the prices for the mantelpiece flowers. He just went ahead and winged it by adding on £50 to the posies price.
