Wasn't he just awful cannot even pronounce words at 16

He was disaster at pitching last week so PM puts him in again

Just a petulant child at the end as well

Yes he seems younger than 16 I would say 13 or 14.

Immature and not quite sure why he is there.

he seems shall we say very UN-apprentice like , and doesn't seem to grasp business in any way shape or form

BUT he got through to this stage so must have something going for him

Agreed that he is totally out of his depth but the one problem, if you can call it that, with the Apprentice/Young Apprentice is that anyone can get to the final, they can do absolutely nothing all the way through and still get to the final just by being on the winning team each week!

I think Lewis is rather typical of 16 year old boys and some of the other boys strike me as much more mature than I remember myself and friends at that age.
But then I am going back a bit and memories get hazy after a few decades. Perhaps they grow up faster now.
