I said in another post that there are only really 4 contenders - the two Harrys, Zara and Hayley, They seem to have the right blend of self confidence, ability and eloquence. Those should be the final four - although Haya is a dark horse and migh displace one of the top four.

Lewis and Gbemi are complete wastes of space (I gave Lewis the benefit of the doubt last week - but he was pretty appalling this week again), James comes across as a bit of a nasty piece of work and a bit idle, and Lizzie is a bit of a wet week, and like Hannah - a bit in awe of Gbemi for some unknown reason

And who was the team manager last night on her team

It was rather telling from the editing that she wasn't featured much, meaning that their team would probably win (that and the fact that they didn't show which team got the final contract).

I'd be slightly scared of Gbemi at Hannah's age! I can't take to her at all. I also can't take to Harry M, but I do like Harry H, Zara and Hayley. There may be others of course who are slipping under the radar at the moment.....we shall see.

They did show us that Hannah's team won the hairdressers and the theatre contract - and that Lizzie's got the hotel one!

We shown the pitchers getting the phone calls on the show

James is hilarious Mind you, it is odd that people see tend to appreciate him and Harry H differentely as they are the best of friends.

And you can't really say that Lizzie is in awe of Gbemi, just based on the episode last week (remember that they weren't on the same team this week, unlike Hannah and Gbemi). Actually, I like her as she was a stern pm who took decisions (even if some of them were wrong). Mind you, she won't win as she is too much like Debra (for instance) in terms of character.

Must have missed that, as I only saw Lewis and Zara getting two telephone calls (the orders they DID get).

Just based on the way the little clique of Hannah/ Lizzie and Gbemi performed on the taks when it was just the girls team..... Whatever Gbemi said or did - Hannah and Lizzie hung on her every word or deed including the laughter at Zara's decision on the advert casting

Just like her partner in grime, Harry Haystackhead, she is pompous, arrogant and self-absorbed beyond belief.

I think that's a little harsh, but as i was reading this thread I was wondering if I was the only one who really doesn't like her very much.
She's so up tight and clipped, she never seems to let up for one second. Come on love you're a teenager!!!

Should win. Won't win. Early favourites don't win The Apprentice.

Very little evidence for any of the above imo.

Again, this 'clique' was only a subteam on last week's task (for instance Lizzie was with Hayley making the icecream in task 1), so this is not some longrunning storyline.

More telling was the comedy duo of Harry H and James in last night's episode (reminded me strongly of Chris and The Brand).

She definitely seems to be the one to beat at the moment. She'd have been sacked on the spot for her actions this week if she wasn't someone who he wanted to see go far.

I definitely think a girl is going to win this year. They completely show up the boys in so many ways, and after a boy won the first YA, I think it'd be a girl this time.

I think it'll either be Zara, or the girl who was PM in the first week. (Hayley?)

Indeed, that is just your opinion. Mine is just mine. And the world keeps turning...

I'm so impressed with her.

So yes, Zara to win!”

She is indeed Sid - but she always looks much older than her years.
For a mere 16 year old she has a rather matronly figure and the dress she was wearing is the sort of dress I'd expect someone of her mother's age to wear.

I think that they all have potential and couldnt hazard a guess as to the winner. But, then I never do guess really, I always get it wrong. I like the "nice" ones who always go out early. Like Hannah.

I do actually like her, she gave off a bit of a dodgy first impression but this week she struck me as really good. I like her attitude.

And the ideas for Daniel Galvin's window were very good, she has a good creative streak.

Absolutely nothing to do with the gratuitous cleavage shots during the flower arranging, then?

Zara the outstanding candidate? Do me a favour. Have we already forgotten her choosing the wrong colour baby? And maybe she did misunderstand the first flower pitch to the hotel but that didn't stop her raising the price on the other two did it? And when the producers at the theatre tried to negiotiate (her raison d'etre for bumping up from the price given by Hannah) she didn't budge. So WTF? She strikes me as just as self-centred as Harry M, except she is more professional about it.

As for Lizzie being in awe of Gbemi - wasn't she the one who shouted at Gbemi down the phone in the first task?

So far the only outstanding candidate to me is Harry H - articulate, team player, decisive, creative and likeable. Possibly Hayley too. Probably be Haya though, as she's been quietly spectacular so far.

The wrong colour baby in whose opinion? She picked the baby that was the right age and best-behaved, which were what mattered. The colour should have been a non-issue.

I think Zara has had her faults - she's showed some dodgy ethics in the ice cream selling, she's a little pompous in her style and she's perhaps a little too willing to do her own thing regardless of what her PM says (she thinks she knows better, and to be honest probably does, but she's putting herself at risk if it doesn't work out) - but after disliking her the first week I'm coming round to her.

Hannah had badly dyed hair and dodgy eyebrows, and did herself no favours in the way she slouched in the boardroom. She also had misplaced loyalty to her feeble mates. Had she had the guts to bring them back into the boardroom with her - she would still have been there. She tried to get rid of one of the two strongest contenders - and without any really good reason for bringing them back - she left herself wide open for firing as the only person out of the three of them in that final 3 who made the decisions which REALLY lost the task was herself!”

It's all down to taste, isn't it? Zara is an attractive girl, but personally I'd say Lizzie, Hannah and Hayley are all better-looking.

Zara does need to change her dress. She dresses way too old, and that white dress she wears to the boardroom may as well not be there. Too tight, too seethrough.

But that's not the point. She's good, but not great. Coupled with the fact she comes across as a bit of a self-absorbed and arrogant girl, could be her downfall.

Correct. But the episode after that counts for more according to some.

Yeah, Harry H was really professional this week
