Problem last night .... watching TV as normal whilst recording The Jury - flicked over later to watch E4 and had no signal, checked all the other channels and same problem apart from Channel 4 HD which was recording.

Once recording had finished checked channels again and still no signal - did a factory reset all was going well until I entered postcode which was invalid - tried several other postcodes and all were registering as invalid. Non freesat scan gets me loads of channels just nothing in Freesat mode.

Any suggestions?

Has the dish moved or the cables got damaged ? LNB may have failed.

Using manual tune what signal strength and quality do you get from 11427 (might say 11428) Horizontal (The freesat home transponder). ?
