USB Keyboard and mouse with tablet... ?
...can you use a 'standard' USB keyboard and USB mouse plugged into a tablet via its 2 (usually) USB ports....?
(to make it more like an ASUS Transformer)... |

I'm a noobie here - and don't have a tablet yet - but I have seen some videos on YouTube showing this being done.
It probably varies between devices and may also require a custom ROM. Your bets bet is to ask a question about a specific model. |

...that's the problem --- I want to buy a tablet that WILL take a standard keyboard and mouse - but don't know if any will do it... if so - someone on here verify YES or NO and if so what make(s) will do it (perhaps they all will..?)

Added usb keyboard on both flytouch3 and vega. However it was not recognised in all applications.
You can get case with keyboard like this, http://www.amazon.co.uk/Keyboard-Cas...0763655&sr=8-2 |

Yeah, the issue isn't whether the USB port can take the keyboard, it's whether the operating system and apps for that system are written to make use of a keyboard and mouse. If the OS doesn't recognise the inputs from the device because it's not written to accept them, it's all a bit irrelevant.
