Johnny should be returned, I heard a rumour that it will be The Risk though in the Daily Mail but how tru that it anyone can guess.

Why should it be someone from Gary's group? He made the wrong decision by choosing Frankie in the first place, therefore he's forfeited his right.
It should really be Johnny - he was the last to be eliminated.
Last to leave - first to return.

Johnny left as he was in the bottom 3 and for all we know, he may have got less votes than Kitty.
So if someone does return it should be someone from Garys Boys. and as you seem to thing the rule is "last to leave - first to return" Then the last boy to leave was James.

As an act in last weeks show!
Johnny may well have got less votes than Kitty which doesn't change anything because he left. Anyway it was between those two, Johnny and KItty.
Had Kitty left than she would have returned. It's only fair doing it that way.

I'm not sure what your understanding of the word "Fair" is
Although the public didn't vote Johnny out, they didn't vote enough to keep him safe and in the end every judge, including his mentor,voted him off.

That's because one act HAS to be eliminated each week...
Johnny had more votes than the other contestants that were eliminated before him in previous weeks.
Johnny was the latest - of course it's fair to bring him back and I'm not particularly a Johnny fan either.

Well I've just seen the "McDonald Brothers" and the "Conway Sisters" entering the Xfactor offices. So I'm thinking there going to have a sing off on the weekend
If they really want to make the competition serious and based on talent (stage 1 complete with frankie gone ) then they shouldn't bring Johnny back. He'd continue doing laughable routines that make him look like a joke rather than a talented singer.

I think James has to be brought back. It's the only fair thing to all concerned - Gary and the voters in particular.

Right, because it's fairer to bring someone in who was deemed "not good enough" by the judges for the live shows and give them a free pass to the Top 7. Your understanding of the word "fair" is lacking more than anyone else's on this thread, perhaps because of some preference for James to begin with. With that attitude, I hope you're not called for Jury service because you would twist the circumstances to fit your own preference.
