That's just ridiculous!

I only seen this ad for the first time 2 nights ago and unless my eyes were deceiving me, did i not see Amelia Lilly in it??? if they edited Johnny and The Risk (i can understand taking Frankie off it) so quickly then why was she in it?

Very bizarre.

Johnny and The Risk get very minimal coverage in the ad as it is.

Maybe it was Kitty you saw, the ads been on loads this evening and I never saw Amelia once.

They could always edit them back in again.

Amelia does appear at around 0.50 with all the other final 16 acts.

Only the final nine had a "solo" during the ad, but all 16 acts were in it.

Oh yeah, forgot about the group bit!! I mean the solo spots though.

I believe they've kept in some of the vocals from the eliminated acts, though - James Michael still sings the second line even though he isn't shown, & Amelia might sing a bit too.

I can understand them editing Frankie out with all the rumours, but why edit out The Risk and Johnny ? seems costly and silly to me.

They're going to do this throughout the series, editing out the eliminated contestants till they're left with just the finalists.

i was sure i had seen amelia and she had her original blond hair not that silly pink wash...!! ya it was in a group bit alright dont no if she sings solo but even still they should not be in it if they editing Johnny and The Risk from it..

Have to say, I still laugh every time at Janet's forced fog horn vocal crack on "desires". I can't even type out how she sings it. Disaoihas?

Surprised Marcus doesn't feature in it much tbh. Guess he wasn't a favourite at that point.

Good Lord its like the M & S add is the Oracle of X-factor. It tells us who is in the completion, who will win, who will be eliminated. Can I ask the M & S add the lottery numbers and will it tell me the winning ones?

It's just an add what makes it so powerful that it now runs the X-factor. Sorry for commenting on this thread but the amount of threads using this one ad as some sort of gauge for the X-factor is ridiculous.

Well as Misha get's centre stage i can only assume she will be the winner!! Janets piece is dire, her voice is dreadful.

What on earth will they do if Misha will be vote out?

That makes perfect sense to me. It's a nice concept (even if I did have a WTF moment when I first saw the ad)
