Big Brother worked on a 'vote to evict' system; in that case, voters had directly paid money to evict the contestant in question. Nobody specifically paid money to eliminate Johnny or The Risk (unless they voted for every single one of the other acts just to hurt their chances, in which case they were willingly wasting their money anyway).





Ashford himself said that it was the end of the X Factor journey unless he came back and was put into Little Mix, which I thought was a good reaction.
