Good. If they are serious about being a group (Whether manufactured or not) they should go the way of the Wanted and come out of nowhere but by putting in a lot of hard work.. X-Factor would just have held them down and they would have had not very much input.

However I think they will break-up and Charlie will return in some form or other, either as a solo singer or in another group.

Well that should put an end to the "Johnny" versus "The Risk" sing off rumours. .

There was no chance of the Risk coming back they were bottom of the public vote

if they want to bring one back and carry on it will have to be Johnny who was eliminated by judges votes

They wouldn't even be considered anyway - I dont see why people/ the paps are banging on about them returning.

Only 3 acts have a claim to possibly returning - James, Johnny and at a push Nu Vibe due to Frankie being bottom 2 against them week 1.

The rest have no claim whatsoever to return.

Johnny will return or they'll be a 2 person final IMO.

Good. The Risk had no real support. The most desperate contestants ever to be on the X Factor. From the lead vocalist to the desperate singing on the Xtra Factor. They didn't get the votes, so they should piss off.

Depends what you mean by the "final". There were 4 in the final week last year. Three left by the Sunday night. They could just do 3 and 2 this year like they used to do.

The risk singer Charlie Healey has confirmed the the group will not be returning to the show following their elimination on Sunday. The boys, who were a shock exit during the weekend’s double elimination twist, had been rumoured to replace axed contestant Frankie Cocozza.

The teenager was booted out of the show yesterday for breaking the competition rules, igniting speculation about a possibly return for either The Risk or Johnny Robinson.

But writing to thousands of disappointed fans on Twitter, Charlie said: “Although we would love to, the risk are not coming back on x factor. Sorry everyone. xxx [sic]”

We reckon it’s good news as we’re not entirely sure what the point would be, other than prolonging their inevitable elimination again in a week or two.

The X Factor is set to make an announcement regarding the show later today.

What i have been saying, and the same applies to Johnny, who if brought back could find himself in the bottom 2 again next week.

No chance. They are more manufactured than Peter Burns face.

They weren't that good anyway, don't see them sticking together for long!

JLS were in the bottom 2 and eventually came 2nd. I think if The Risk had been saved, or came back, they would stay a good while longer. I didnt vote for them last week, but would do if they came back.

And that is why it would be unfair on the remaining contestants. There fans would ensure they voted more and they would be kept in over someone that rightly deserves their place and were saved last week.

...feel sympathy for charlie tbh... the pressure, every week,of having three talentless wannabees clinging to your coat tails, can't have been pleasant...he should come back as a solo..the guy's got talent and he's wasted in a group

Thats true, but if they had been saved by the judges, the fans would have voted more to keep them in this week. Every week so far the act which the judges saved, went straight through the week after. The Risk were bottom of the votes, but never got the chance to be saved by the judges. I think thats unfair, but thats another story.

What hard work? Well at least no harder than any other group. They were manufactured via auditions then did a school tour and they have as much control over themselves as any X factor group

But why was it unfair? Every one knew it was a double elimination with the bottom act going straight out So why didn't their fans vote?
