From what I've read - James seems to be doing ok without XF - by not being part of it he increases his own credibility. I certainly wouldn't vote to strengthen Gary Barlow's chances - especially as it seems the whole thing was probably planned from the word go. The only people being taken for mugs are the X Factor voters - and they don't seem to mind where they spend their money anyway.

Craig is getting the support from liverpool from what ive seen anyway. but no to james, he murdered a beatles classic, no coming back from that

James was drippy and wet in the same way that Frankie was cocksure. I don't know to what extent James was stitched up to make the producers' choice look reasonable when Gary pretended to make it live on air but the truth is his one live performance was abysmal. I for one felt Frankie deserved to advance above James although to an extent I can see that impression was contrived by favouritism during pre-production.

Yes but everything from his website to Judges houses, they have said he is from Liverpool. Obviously he will get Liverpool votes if he gets regional based votes.

James's personality came across brilliantly in his Holy Moly interview after Gary sent him home, as well. Very funny and sweet tempered.

Though I suspect all this was engineered from the beginning I would like to see James return out of the four being considered.

And if James was shite what would you say Amelia was on the same night, as she was far from good from what I watched, it was her worst performance that we had seen.
