Oh great another James fan, he is brilliant in the you tube vid, I was shocked how good he was, he was also my fav from the judges houses, but I knew he was doomed the moment I heard him start the song, saw where they had sat him, it was dreadful, like he was so far back you thought he was a midget... with a banjo.
Well lets bump this up as there appears to be rather a lot of Amelia threads, the girl who is better off without the show according to her and her parents, so lets give someone more deserving out vote, check out link in very first post for James at GAY club which shows his talent off a bit better than the dire song he was given last time on the first live show.

He definitely wasn't given a proper chance - terrible song choice for the first live show (even though if you listen to it without the looking at the staging, he sang it beautifully), extremely bad staging, and very little air time. He definitely deserves another chance.

The competition at this stage is tougher and more challenging with themes and all, it should be even more tougher for James michael, who doesn't seem ready, lively, motivated and is rather shaky on stage......

James is another pretty nice boy with limited talent - the type that the bored housewives on DS go crazy for.

Marcus was given a 1930s song, last week and he nailed it. Thats what talent can do for you.........this song choice excuse BS is a poor excuse for why James underperformed. he simply wasnt ready for the x factor. from his first audition onwards, he just appeared not ready and a bit shaky and less confident on stage, I'm sure he is growing as an artist, some people are born performers and some have to work at it a bit, maybe he can return in some years time after getting some experience on how to be a performer, he is a young lad, plenty of time......

I won't be voting because I don't care loads who comes back [also it's obvious it's gonna be amelia anyway], but I'd be happy with James coming back, he was good, I think he'd have been quite popular aswell.

This just makes me want to vote a thousand times more to see how those trousers will look on him...
I really like him, and I would be happy if he got through, but given it's so late in the competition I'd worry about whether he could really assert himself given his performance style is quite laid back and chilled.

On Marcus, yes he did his songs proud last week, but that does not mean you would want a WHOLE album of that stuff. I like Marcus, in fact he is the only one I want to win from those left in there right now.
James does have stage presence, well he does on that you tube at the Gay Club, he was never really given any chance, it was all about Craig and Frankie... he was just there to make the numbers up was how it seemed along with Marcus, who oddly I thought was rubbish on the first show, but have altered my opinion as he has grown week in week out, which is why I want James back and given a chance to show us what he can really do. Anyone remember a tearful James on Xtra Factor after he was unfairly eliminated by Judas Barlow because he posed a threat to Frankie, the chosen one? That me made so sad.
He sounded so passionate and earnest about music, about being on X-Factor, and then Gary betrayed his trust and just tossed him under the bus, discarded James like an unwanted sock. I'm pushing for James to return, take that Judas Barlow!

Yes I want him to return as no matter what other people may think he has charisma, he has a wonderful voice and also get hin back on that stage and let him sing to show up just how stupid Barlow was to pick Frankie over him...
I really wonder what Gary was thinking when he put Frankie through, unless the man is tone deaf, he knew Frankie could not sing, he was not his little popstar as he put it, he was most peoples worst nightmare as a singer, and yet he choose that over someone with a unique and lovely voice and nice persona who people would have warmed to not ended up hating.
