I'm loving the X Factor!

I thoroughly enjoy the X Factor every year, and this year has been no different.

I really like the 4 judges, their spats, digs, arguments (false or not) & think they have chosen some great acts this year, its got everyone talking right?

The themes each week are great, I'm gutted I won't get to hear Frankie do GaGa!!

The show is there to entertain, and that is what it is doing. The dramas, for me make it more entertaining - I love having a sneaky read on the Xfactor gossip during work, makes me look forward to the saturday show even more.

People saying this is the end of the X Factor? I personally can't see that, The show is getting artists like Pro Green to number 1 and being a household name, My mum didn't know who he was before the show and now sings along to read all about it!! It's getting viewers, headlines, endless discussions and debates. Why would it be cut?

I think there are so many positive points about this show, but as per usual the majority of the GBP like to pick on the negatives and have a moan. If you don't like, don't watch! Otherwise kick back and relax on a saturday and be entertained by an entertainment show.

It's been so controversial this year, every week there has been something happening, this week has been insane for that!

That's not nice. But suffice to say if you don't like it you could always switch it off.

Why? Because I watch the X Factor? Surely most people who comment in this forum also watch it. You're saying I need to get out more because it entertains me?! Wow.

Great post. I am exactly the same. It's great entertainment and some on here clearly take it far too seriously. Some of the hateful comments made about various contestants are just pathetic. I am looking forward to Saturday's show more than ever now.

I've known comments like that lead to a ban. Someone says they really enjoy a programme and you tell them they need to get out more I take it you don't have any programmes you like.

Surely the hateful comments are all part of the fun and games.

Yep, the show itself does far worse to the auditonees and even the finalists this year!

I love how people get on their high moral horse when humiliation and exploitation is built into the fabric of the show itself.

The tone of the show doesn't change when it gets to the live shows, if anything this year it has got worse with the Frankie debacle and all the other engineered controversies.
