Shouldn't the replacement be James?

As he was in Gary's category, shouldn't James just automatically replace Frankie? Would make sense to me and the fairest option too. Does anyone agree or am I missing something here?

No he chose the cokehead so why should he get an automatic act to replace him it was Garys choice he knew what risk he was taking with snorter

I do agree, but unfortunately it's a situation in which none of the available outcomes are really 'fair'. There are always going to be those who are upset, angry or disappointed, regardless of what the producers decided to do.
I also think its unfair on the four acts. They were voted out almost five weeks ago by their mentor on live television, have spent the last month adjusting back to normality only to receive a phone call from TXF...'err, well, you see we had to kick someone off the show, so we'd kind of appreciate your services again. No guarantees mind, but if you could come back and submit yourself to be potentially voted off the show before you've even sung a note, that'd be grand'

Sadly we have to go through with this "vote thing" to make it fair. Though I don't understand how fair it can be if everyone's automatically assuming Amelia will return. What's the point in even voting for James, JonJo or 2 Shoes then?

Exactly, its his fault he chose Frankie in the first place, look at the setbacks, the humiliation and inconvienience he has caused the show.

Gary knew exactly how out of control Frankie would be and he took him in any way because he wanted that.....

Equal opportunities

why automatically disqualify the other 3 and not give them a chance at all. This site only has so many people, they are loads of people out there who will vote for Jonjo, 2shoes and especially James.

Gary got rid of James so that would be weird for him to just step back in to the boys group?

At least this way the public get to choose who they want!

It's all about the money. Profits are down, they have to maximize somehow.

You do realise that the money raised from the calls is going to charity.......

But, short term profit will equal long term loss. Not smart business sense if you ask me.

I sort of think it should be James if any of them come back, it's more fair that a boy replaces a boy..

So if Amelia gets in Kelly has 3 girls again! What if Sophie hadn,t gone last week would they let a mentor have an unfair advantage of having 4 acts?

It should have been Johnny.

It should be James, end of story, he was the lad robbed of the place for some idiot called Frankie, who had no hope, was a nightmare from day one and let loose to get even worse.

And yes my god what if Kelly still had all three girls, but they made sure that did not happen to allow this to happen, surely some of you can see this has been a set up to get back Amelia, as sure as hell I am starting to now. but I will vote for James.

I agree with you. James was set up on first night with horrible hair, horrible staging and a horrible song, he was robbed by Frankie. But I don't vote, haven't watched since they got rid of the first 4, but I might actually consider voting for James.

Why? Why should Gary be rewarded for his own mistakes? He wants to have his cake and eat it. He tried the 'bad boy' that can't sing - and it didn't work - why let him have a chance with the bloke he should have kept in in the first place?

Oh it was all planned months ago this anyway so I don't know why we're all talking about it! It is fun though I must admit!

Please do, I don't vote normally either but this time I will as this lad was robbed of his place, he could have been on and gone by now but he was never even given the chance as the damn producers decided they wanted a bad lad... do you lot seriously think it was the judges who choose who went through, think again then as it was not..

I don't think Gary should automatically get another act. In fact, I think the returning act should pick their own mentor seeing as their original mentors eliminated them.

He was no more robbed than the other three and therefore all four deserve the chance to return.
