More pertinent than any of the above 'reservations' however is the fact that the great british public, with their famed love of fair play will hate the idea of somebody previously rejected by a supposed expert, waltzing back onto the show and taking the prize having rested-up watching other contestants being put through the mill for five weeks. Even if she were talented enough, and I don't think she is, it would never happen.”
I agree with you. Not so much about the downmarket, drug dependant pole dancer statement, but the British do like things to be 'fair and square'. It's just rather unfortunate that everyone seems to have a different opinion of what the fair solution to this little corner X Factor has backed itself into actually is.
Logically I thought they should have just reinstated James, had Johnny been out of the question. An eye for an eye, a boy for a boy and all that. Had it been Misha B who'd been ousted over the bully claims (and lets face it, had the Frankie drama not taken centre stage as the main controversy this year, they could well have taken bullygate up a few notches further to boost the ratings), I'm of the belief that Amelia would've been reinstated no questions asked.
(Can't say I like Amelia's look myself, but honestly...who actually looks good at 16 lol)
