Is this Kelly's subtle 'No' to coming back next year?

In the recent interview with DS she was asked this:

Quote:
“Will we see you back on the judging panel next year?

"Nothing has been discussed. I'm having a good time where I am this year. I'm recording, I'm going to start to record the next album while I'm here. I'd love to record and tour top of the next year. I think I have a tour coming up in Australia in March/April. There's a lot going on and I love it!"”

So is that Kelly talk for 'Not a chance in hell'. Personally I think it might be even though I love Kelly I dunno something is just not there...

"Nothing has been discussed" is the same response every judge gives every year. How many years did Dannii get asked that same question over and over. People always said she was leaving. Well eventually she did, of course, but when asked this many months early, she just didn't know.

Like I bet Kelly doesn't.

I think it just means "nothing has been discussed".

Doesn't mean she hasn't decided whether or not she wants to come back though, does it?

I wouldn't be surprised if she did leave. She doesn't look as if she's been enjoying the lives nearly as much as the audition stages, and her stint away didn't help. Personally I think she always looks as if she's finding it all too much. I don't know if its just the pressure getting to her, or if its being in the UK on a show that's nothing short of a complete shambles, but she always looks incredibly awkward to me, and often a little bit arrogant, like she's the only professional surrounded by a bunch of amateurs.

yeah and the way she says 'I'd love to record and tour top of the next year. I think I have a tour coming up in Australia in March/April.' seems a bit off...most people like Tulisa would put a tour and everything on hold to be part of the x factor...i think we may be saying goodbye to both Gary & Kelly next year...who will take their place I do not know... maybe Mel C....or Katy Perry (if she has nothing on haha) i dunno who would take Gary's spot...maybe a record producer...

Perhaps ITV could do a show in which the public get to decide who should judge next year's X Factor
A tie-in with The Apprentice would be pretty cool

i would imagine she is being economical with the truth a bit like nicole, when suddenly announced aspirations to work on a rival show. rather convenient that she would share these desires around about the time discussions were being made about the casting of the us x factor.

kelly is possibly also creating an illusion of being `in demand` to possibly keep itv interested.

BIB: That's because Tulisa has nothing else going on. Kelly will be back next year and continue to outshine Tulisa and all her avid chavvy fans will deal.

Well X-Factor is not the show it once was anymore so obviously if you wanna get away with some credibility you leave as soon as you can.
Doubt we see her or Gary again and good riddance, they such bad judges and so smug and arrogant.

I second that.

should it not be whether the xfactor is back next year. After this shambles if I was ITV I would seriously be considering whether to bring it back next year, that and it's looking tired how many more contrived comments are the judges going to say and how much more mediocre talent are they going to try and find.
