first that mad lady decides to quit before the lives and they bring back that larger lady who's name i've also forgotten/don't care to remember

they boot off one of their own acts in the first week (I think this was because that woman in two shoe's was pregnant and they didn't want her giving birth during the series but they couldn't exactly just them off because people would get angry so they boot off 3 other acts too)
