make a cup of tea, while kettle boils I do some washing up. then in next adverts i do the drying up. then in the next I start the nightly nagging session with the kids about homework and getting ready for bed.
Dont know how i would cope without adverts.

I usually switch ITV teletext on and read a few pages, more often than not I read the entertainment and news sections.

Switch channels trying to find something else to watch for a few minutes. I hate advert breaks, I have to keep watching something or my attention goes in the breaks.
