As someone who wasn't a fan of her's on the show, I'm actually generally surprised that some of the tracks on the album are pretty good. My favourite is Beautiful People, excellent song

Right with you there, wasn't a big fan of her during the show nor SJ, but the album is quite good

Can't believe she got a Busta Rhymes collabo. Girl's always been very talented so not surprised to hear her album's good. Not gonna buy it, I'm not really the target audience, but good for her.

It's nice to see people liking the album more than they thought they would, it does fit in with the high amount of positive reviews for it.

I'm thinking it could even have some 'word of mouth' success because of this. Although Swagger Jagger did its job of being controversial and getting plenty of publicity across the globe, Syco definitely shot Cher in the foot in the long-run by making that the début single. Hopefully it won't prove too much of a barrier to success though, since the rest of the album is definitely better.

Have to agree. I got it out of curiosity more than anything else and it's got some really good tracks on it. I really like Dub On The Track, Beautiful People and Want U Back. Some of the lyrics are atrocious but the songs are just so catchy!

Yeah that's all nice but it's still selling poorly. Muahahahahahahaha

Out of curiosity, how many units did your debut album sell?

I'm not a musician and unlike Cher I don't pretend to be.
Your argumentation is so lame.

No no, you have to quote the whole comment where I say how lame your argumentation is.
You think you're clever and backed me in a corner but if only musicians could judge musicians well you should call the music industry and tell them how billions of people on this planet are in the wrong.Put a stop to it right now mate!

Lol. You came onto a positive thread about her and decided to go on about her album sales and can't even take a joke yourself? Don't throw stones if you live in a glass house.

I agree, I didn't rate her first single but had a listen to the album on Spotify and it's really good!

She's done a great job on the album- SJ is the weakest track in my view.

Personally, I like all the tracks, but my favourite is "Want U Back". That should be her next single- I think it has got number one written all over it!

Her singles are selling well. The album hasn't been on sale for a week so It's early days for that. But It looks like she will chart at 3, which is not bad at all.

Album sales are down for all artists, look at the album charts. The Wanted & Subu released this week too and aren't fairing much better.

I can take a joke quite well or did you see me get angry?
Besides why can't I mention that her album is underperforming? That's like Gary saying don't mention Frankies lack of talent, it makes him take coke.

Album is where the money is, singles are only there to promote the album and her last single didn't do as well either.
Her album was sold for less than half price on Amazon and still didn't do as hoped that is quite shocking.

Her album is pretty weighty, it seems to be falling like a stone.

Her album has done pretty poorly, especially given how heavily it was discounted.

It has tumbled to 13th on Amazon and it has plummeted to 5th on ITunes.

With U R Love may have sold more than the pitiful Swagger Jagger but given than singles sell more this time of year of course it should.

No doubt Cowell Towers will put a brave face on it but on the basis of this shocking performance given the money wasted on promoting this artiste I think we can fully expect her to go the way of Leon Jackson and Brookstein.

Poor you, only having that one tired simile in your verbal arsenal.

You have a point, but Cher is a singer, not a musician (never claimed to be that im aware of) and she can clearly sing.

I'd worry about your own rather than mine.

I can sing. Everyone can sing. Whether they can sing well remains to be seen.

An album, well it is all production these days and plenty of autotune. I really doubt anyone who spends what little it costs to buy this "here today, gone tomorrow" offering would be hearing the real Cher Lloyd singing. More a heavily sanitised, produced and auto-tuned version.
