No. The fact that Frankie was in Gary's group is irrelevant. Gary backed a lame horse in Frankie so he deserves to lose an act.

James Michael was pretty lame too I thought, based on what little I saw of him. I really didn't think he was much of a singer. It's pretty much inevitable that Amelia will be the one to return. I wasn't a big fan of hers (not my type at all) but she was clearly the most talented of the four initial evictees.

People will be so fed up with X-Factor if Amelia isn't put through, she's literally the only one that can be a star out of all of them and there isn't enough hype for the other contestants and there's no real competition, bring Amelia back in and there will be, the ratings will go back up too

I don't think any of them should be coming back I didn't agree with the initial twist but it just seems wrong to bring anyone in at this stage.

As somebody is coming back I don't see why it should be someone from Gary's group - he shouldn't have picked Frankie in the first place.

X Factor is a mess this year.

Belting every chance you get does not necessarily equate to good singing.

James Michael has a subtle style more akin to Paolo Nutini or James Morrison. His parts were badly edited by the producers and his Youtube videos prove that he's a good singer.

I might be in a minority but I'll be more fed up if she does come back.

I agree and as James was Gary's choice to get rid of in the first week, he should automatically be brought back. Why should the other judges gain an act because of mad, bad, frankie James managed to get through to the live show in the boys catagory and it is only right that he should replace Frankie

Yes, want James back very much so. But the shows producers seem intent on making sure Amelia comes back instead by pimping her out in interviews and appearances.

At the end of the day, if the majority of the viewing public agree, they are able to vote for him to get back on the show. As it stands, it seems most people would prefer to see Amelia back on the show. It is up to us.

There seems to be a lot of people on DS who would prefer not to see her return. And the fact that the producers have ensured she gets all the publicity whilst the other three are ignored is totally unfair and biased.

This I totally agree with. Ok, yes its true that if enough people vote for James he will be the one back not Amelia, and it is up to the voters. Same with Jonjo or TwoShoes. Any one of the 4 has the chance to return.

However I have not seen any of the others anywhere and yet I am seeing Amelia everywhere....

That MAY not be the fault of the show of course - in reality the talk shows/papers etc can have on/talk about who they like. BUT under contract as all four acts still must be, then they should only be doing the publicity agreed with the show - therefore if it was only Amelia the media was chasing they should have refused her permission.

They should all gain the same or close to the same amount of media coverage for it to be fair.

I'm guessing the producers have already given them false hope. JonJo was quoted as saying he'd be, "smashed to bits" if he's rejected again. It just seems an unnecessary cruelty considering the producers have already chosen who they want back.

I'd have more respect for them (not much more, granted ) if they just owned up to the fact that the voting is little more than a public charade, a ridiculous facade designed to maintain a false impression of fair play and public choice when it's clearly nothing of the kind.

Definitely, I agree 100%. Otherwise why make it even numbers going through in the first place? They might as well have only put two groups through and then let Kelly take six girls through to finals. They were supposed to start off with an equal chance of winning, only losing one of their acts through a vote off. As one of Gary's boys has left by other means, then the replacement should automatically be another boy from Gary's original group - i.e. James.

He's a bit bland. I'm pretty sure Amelia will be back and then everyone will vote for her to prove to the judges what a big cock-up they made over the Frankie saga. Then she'll win X Factor. Simples!
