Rude, brattish with an overinflated sense of entitlement. And people thought Frankie was a bad role model?
I don't dig her voice either, she's a Christina Aguilera impersonator at best. NOTE: Don't shoot me down, it's only my opinion. |

No, you're not. There are tons of threads with people discussing why the brat does not deserve a second shot.

Surprise surprise, a female on tv who isn't meek and apologising every step gets pilloried online. Why can't people just accept she is the most talented of the four?

Because your claim is an opinion, not a fact?
I don't see how talent is an opinion either. Amelia's vocal ability and stage presence is a fact. It's like when people on here say "WELL IN MY OPINION THEY WERE OUT OF TUNE" Being in/out of tune isn't an opinion, it's a fact. Either they are or they aren't. You can't say someone isn't talented when all evidence points to the contrary. |

She has a good voice, but she seems so desperate for fame that I can't seem to find her remotely likeable.

Go on then. Who is better? Weak, limp and whiny James? Serial flopper Jonjo? Off pitch 2 Shoes?

Actually No. In terms of vocal range and versatility Amelia demolishes the other three.

A boy went out of the boys category, a boy should be brought back! SIMPLES!!!!!
Of course this being X Factor it can't be a straightforward as that - hence this pantomime. I can't understand - please someone explain to me - why Gary loses an act and, because of that, Kelly gains one. |

Talent is subjective as to what people WANT from a musician.
I don't want Amelia shouting her way through songs. It does nothing for me, I don't feel a connection when she 'sings' Talent isn't subjective. Personal preference is. Whitney Heuston is immensely talented, but I prefer listening to Michael Buble. Am I going to say that Michael is more talented than Whitney? No because it's not true. Also Amelia doesn't "shout her way through songs". Are you for real? Or do you just form your opinion based on what's written on this board. |

James was void of emotion when singing and it just across as singing by numbers.
Ameila at least will be interesting to watch and has the self confidence to progress further. Both of them given better song choices would have still been here anyway imo. |

I'm basing it on what I hear, and yes, talent is subjective depending on your perception and definition.
