Haven`t posted on here in a long long time, but i really have to agree with this. When the WINNER is treated like that, not only by rentacrowd but by the presenters and guests, youve got to wonder about it. Its made worse by the fact that he really is such a fan and has waited so long to have this experience.
As I said on the MF yesterday, this conclusively proves that the producers DO care who wins, they DO have chosen ones.

If this wasn't the case - the only alternative would be to assume that Jay and Alex would have been treated the same if they'd won - and we all know that wouldn't happen.

Seriously. After watching the winner being treated like that, would you bother applying next year?

“Being away from him has cut me to pieces. I felt guilty every day I was in the house. He’s my best friend and he saved my life.

“He taught me life and happiness are what it’s all about.”

sounds as though Aaron was in a pretty dark place at some point; i can so empathise i so, as having my boy was the thing that saved me from going under

I thought there would be more with him being the winner, i guess we'll have to wait for the mags on tuesday and the winners show on wednesday for more. I don't think i'll buy the paper now if it's only that.

when past winners have come out, has bb assisted them in getting media coverage? if so, will bb do the same for aaron? or will they just say goodbye, good luck.

i don't know that aaron wants to do magazine deals and all that, but i'd like a decent interview or two from him.

is there a chance we won't get that?

His ex wife had an accident at 5mths pregnant and stayed in hospital for 6 months and in a wheel chair for a year.He gave up work to care for her and the baby.He must have been 24yrs.That is pretty a grim experience. It is time for him to smile.

very true - and who knows if they hadn't treated him so badly he may not have won.

Jay denied sh1tting in the freezer apparently.
Louise has denied having sex in the house....and says that she won't be having sex with Jay on the outside for a while either.....

Make that never methinks...........now if he had won....different story

Aaron will be fine, he will go home, get his head straight, see his boy and just know what is right in the world, and be glad that he has first hand knowledge of what is wrong, and how to stay well away from it now.

Will pick up a copy of the Star tomorrow - just so I can say "ooh, I've drunk that champagne, lol!"

Here's the pic of Aaron and I , taken yesterday!

Before anyone asks, I am short (4'11) - Aaron is not especially tall, lol! I was surprised how tall Faye was actually....

Night night everyone. See you tomorrow. Looks like someone has tried to start a court thread about Aaron and Faye

The sour grapes just won't go away.

The whole production team is guilty of treating Aaron badly.Fans had to be up in arms over the presenters. Why didnt they stop te boos during the interview.I felt as a viewer I was cheated of an interview I had waited so long for.Brian started the series well but his interviews for the last few weeks have been awaful.
They really had a duty to stop those boos. I thought as soon as it started we werent going to get the interview we, as loyal viewers, deserved. It was just a really uncomfortable, heartbreaking moment for me. Havent really rated Brian since his "unbiased" interview with Faye where he really tried to put words in her mouth. But really, what could he do when Aaron looked petrified and the crowd were still booing through the whole thing. By the end I think he felt genuinely bad for him, but by then the damage was done so the WINNER had to stand for ten minutes on a stage while he get the worst boos of the series.

As I said on the MF yesterday, this conclusively proves that the producers DO care who wins, they DO have chosen ones.

If this wasn't the case - the only alternative would be to assume that Jay and Alex would have been treated the same if they'd won - and we all know that wouldn't happen.

Of course they do! If Alex had won, that would have been perfect for Big Brother. They gave her fab edits, they even called them all in and asked them to talk about the clumsiest housemate for no reason just so they would have something to show about her. Its been the same for a number of years, the year Nadia won she had fabulous edits, Josie had brilliant edits and nicer treatment. But I think this is the first time Ive seen someone be, I feel, personally victimised for being themselves, warts and all. The fact that Pete Burns was able to ask that was absolutely revolting and any respect I had for him has gone, simple. That person whose name I cant recall comparing it to "the devil" winning!! I mean, what in Gods name was going on!?! I felt like I was watching a normal eviction, not a winner being celebrated.

Can I just say that as a a Gay Guy one of the things I admire about Aaron is that as a straight man he has not let the fear of being percieved to be Gay push him towards macho posturing or to be anything other than himself. I know from a couple of my straight friends that life is a bit tricky for straight men who don't conform to all the norms expected of them. And that he rises above the speculation about his sexuality with confidence in his heterosexuality and while remaining Gay friendly is an admirable example for his son.

no and he needs feedback and help from those who knew him before and know the real Aaron. Plus he needs to spend some quality time with his little boy who will no doubt be very pleased to have his daddy back.
I'm sure he'll get plenty of support over the weekend.

Difficult to know what to do about his son - he probably doesn't want to dash back to see him, only to have to leave after an hour or so if he has to be back in London.

He needs to get these few days out of the way then he can spend proper time with him doing something fun - I think fun for Aaron has been in short supply lately, bless

Agree Kewps - I'm guessing that their blatant lack of chemistry will manifest itself again in the real world, when both of them have choices!

That's what I love about him too - he's not afraid to be himself, regardless of how others may perceive him.

It's beyond disgraceful that the WINNER of a reality TV show should be allowed to feel like this - and I can well believe that's how he felt.

I've said it time and time again, we know that the crowd can be controlled, and it's an abomination that no effort at all was made.

I knew he was terrified at the time, it's made me so mad to read that article

It could've been so different and Ch5 should be way more than ashamed.
