Nostalgia has absolutely nothing to do with it. When Gaga's made a song as great as Bohemian Rhapsody, then we can talk.

The exit's to your left.”
Great is subjective. I don't like that song at all, if it was on the TV/radio I'd turn over. I'd be less inclined to do so if it was bad romance...not so much her other stuff though.
Try asking this to people that aren't middle aged and you can expect very different results. Of course middle aged people's opinions are the 'right' ones...
Not a particular fan of either but I've always considered Queen a very, very patchy outfit: capable of writing and performing really good songs but responsible for some awful shit that refuses to go away. So, I'd reluctantly say Gaga, though her stuff does little for me.
lady gaga had a great first album but her new stuff is awful. She is an overrated comedy character although i like that she fights for gay rights, bullying etc. I dont really need to explain why queen are better ill let there music do the talking.

I'm not middle aged, and I'd much rather listen to Queen over Gaga.

That's hardly fair, I'm 20 and I prefer Queen to Lady Gaga. There's probably plenty of middle aged Gaga fans out there too.

It is a great song but for every 'Bohemian Rhapsody', there's a 'We Are the Champions' or an 'Another One Bites the Dust' and these are criminally bad songs. I have never understood their popularity. It seems they made about 300 albums and recorded one undeniably great song, a few very good songs, several good songs and a lot of shit.
