I thought Kitty came across very badly. She had no special entitlement to sing that song. Misha had just as much right to it as she did!

The producers are clueless - they probably edited that way to make Kitty look spoilt, but it had the effect of making Misha looks like she demanded the song.

Not really. It was a bit like watching a child cry over a toy that had been 'snatched' out of their hands. It made Kitty look like she'd been injured by Kelly and Misha in some way, over emphasised by Louis' little dig over the quite fair song rotation system. If Kitty looked bad then it was down to the editing or more realistically, her reaction to not getting a song she wanted. We know she is prone to histrionics and backstage drama so why do her fans feign such ignorance.

I agree with the op why did they have to show that and make it seem like it was Mishas fault when the songs are on a rota.

I know you dislike misha but please don't make up stories. She was not flauting anything. They just showed a shot of misha rehearsing the song mixed with drama queen kitty complaining and whining.
If the song is on a rota how is that mishas fault?

Kitty was shown actually crying because she didn't get BTW. There's no editing in the world that could make it look like these tears were there when they were not. Kitty does this, she did make herself look immature. I don't see how her not getting what she wanted has anything to do with Misha. If she wants to work in the entertainment industry, she's going to have to learn that 'fair' has nothing to do with it and become a pro at dealing with the cards she is dealt.

Totally disagree. Misha has too much anger, attitude and just screams like the typical stereotypical self she is.
Please don't deny Kitty doesn't have a great voice. X Factor do like to paint a horrible picture of her and I really don't know why. Maybe because the producers are licking up Misha to win?

I'm sure others get upset over the song choices, but do they choose to show it? No. And placing a clip of Misha singing the song after Kitty's comments doesnt make Kitty look does it?

Some people don't see past their own bias. Kitty has form for histrionics and tears when things don't go her way. She has every right to be upset but she could have handled this situation a lot better than she did and her resulting performance was lacklustre when she should have been able to handle that Queen song. You obviously cannot see how juxtaposing Kitty's upset with Misha singing BTW was edited to make Misha and Kelly look bad and Kitty look like someone had knocked her ice cream out of her hands. If Kitty didn't have a tendency to overreact, it would be less clear cut. We all saw the tantrum. I still think she could have taken that blow and turned it into a positive which would have showed up in a better performance from her tonight.
Why on earth did the producers/directors do that? I would never have thought the show would be biased but that certainly made it look that way.

Let me blow this explaination out of the water. Why bother show Kitty's emotions? She is human and I can see why she would want that record.
Anyway, all the other acts get happy and chappy VTs by hanging out with their mentors. Maybe that's Louis' fault by letting the producers dictate her fate?

It isn't really unfair the Misha at all. It might be unfair that there are sufficient numbers of thick viewers who think that Kitty being upset is her fault.
WTF has Kitty got to grow up about? She was upset and disappointed that she didn't get singing the song she wanted. This is all about her future. She has a right to be upset. She did get a new song and she did get on with it.
