Gary really told Janet there. Last week when Louis told it straight to Frankie he got an earful. Kelly sat there and said nothing to Gary. If Louis had said the same things to Janet, Kelly would've gone for him.

Completely agree with this. Regardless of what is said, it seems to matter who has said it. This really irks me about Kelly.
Anything Louis says, she jumps on with almost a type of venom, even when he's commenting on another act, but whatever Gary says, she leaves it sit even when about her own act.

He is starting to have a go a Little Mix now. Next week they will get the Janet treatment from backstabbing Barlow. Then when he has demoralised them he will start on someone else.
I'm not a fan of Gary Barlow but the negativity in this forum is overwhelming. If everything about X factor is so moan worthy why do you lot still tune in?
He was right and at least he was interesting and talented enough to have a world-wide career which lasted more than a decade.
He is a judge, he's supposed to give critique. This reminds me of Alexandra's stint when everybody moaned how she dared to give criticism. It's their job, they are paid for it.

I get the impression that Kelly doesn't actually understand how successful Louis has been in his career. She's consistently patronising & disrespectful towards him, even when he's completely right. He might be on the panel in the role of the 'joke judge', but he's got far more business sense (and, for what it's worth, far more money) than Kelly & Gary put together.
