Professional perfromance. Likeable person. Sometimes I feel like he the stage is a bit too big for him.

I LOVE his voice but this was too cheesy and cabaret, I blame Gary for giving him that arrangement

I was bored. It was like a polished stage show, which is all well and good, but i want a pop star and have always struggled to see it in him. After a couple of better weeks I'm bored again.

Hes a great voice but the song choices this year are abysmal. 3 new judges is a disaster. and no Simon, what did they expect. Talk about being thrown to the wolves. |

It was polished and a level about the other performances but Marcus has the talent to do Judas or some other GaGa song. A missed opportunity...

There is something too dated and retro about him.

I thought he would be really good in the live shows and one of the main contenders but its just not happening.

Really, really don't like the arrangements Marcus is being given. He needs to sound more contemporary and relevant. He could be brilliant if he was doing more R&B style numbers. |

Reminded me of Rocky Horror for some reason.... Maybe Rocky Horror starring the Munsters?
I like Marcus - he's been one of the better contestants this year - but that was painful. The arrangement was awful and didn't suit the song. Hopefully it won't harm his chances of getting through. |
