She has an okay voice but she just doesn't have the likeability factor.

I really don't like her voice and thought tonight was bad...too shouty and harsh. We think Kitty could've done it better :/

Sometimes she is okay, but I hate the rapping and the weird ha ha laugh she does.

She comes across okay in interviews though unlike Janet.

i agree with what someone said on here she does not have the likeability factor but she can sing and is a good performer
