Does anyone know when Strictly is usually uploaded to iplayer? I thought it'd be up by now.

Thanks.

Me too, I presume it will be up within the next half hour or so.

I usually watch SCD on the iplayer. Taking an unusually long time tonight, but its incredible the amount of time it can the BBC to upload stuff.

I've known them to take over 18hrs once!

Fingers crossed, I should be back next week.

I'm trying to keep away from spoilers but that's not easy on here - I know Harry and Aliona were marked highly and Len said *something* to Craig.

I don't think I can wait that long!

I've noticed it's been up earlier than this in previous weeks.

They're probably editing out Len's outburst!

Dunno about that but there's a post somewhere on the SCD blog (the boards which are working) that there's a problem with permission(s) for part(s) so they'll only be able to show clips.

Is that on the official website?

It had to be the one ruddy week I missed, didn't it?

I've found the post - not as bad as I thought:-

ETA - there's another post somewhere which mentions clips, which may possibly refer to what would have been available at the time of the post; I can't find it ATM

Just a thought - but perhaps the BBC could concentrate on the dancing and do less faffing around with 'clips'

Since Halloween I can't find HD versions of Saturday. On low resolution I can't really enjoy their legs. I mean, footwork.

I recall reading on one of the BBC Internet blogs that the iPlayer team is only a small one. so they will occasionally have a backlog of uploading to do, especially if there are a few live programmes which have to be encoded after broadcast.

Sometimes they have technical hitches as well which delays things.
