Acoustic Theme Week?

I hope when they get down to doing two songs per person one of the themes is acoustic.

It would be a good way to strip the acts of all the backing singers, dancers etc and get down to the vocals and see who has the voice and who doesn't.

This way the audience gets one up tempo song and something devoted to vocals and would stop the judges moaning about acts not changing it up

Seems to be a common trend over past year for many pop acts to add acoustic versions of their songs to singles/albums such as Lady Gaga, Jesse J to name a few.

It would also be good to see Marcus do something acoustic and it would be a change for Misha to do something acousitc as she would have to control her voice better and pull it all back a little.

They did Unplugged night on Canadian Idol and Australian Idol a few times, and it always really works well.

It's funny how Amelia, who had the most basic production on her song last night, gave what is regarded as the strongest performance of the night wheras the likes of Kitty and Little Mix, who were struggled, had a much grander production.

For the sake of talent, they must strip back!
