What in the blazes was she saying to Kitty? Was that criticism? lol

Is she inarticulate or this like America's cockney?

"I wasss wondering howmany other ......bla ... bla more American bla ... you .. bla, am I being American enough? bla bla bla?"

I know. I know, with the show not even being live, the least the producers could do would be provide us with subtitles.

I find Kelly very annoying as a judge.

Most of her critiques mostly consist of being one line sound-bites spoken in American slang to get crowd effect.

Yes, we get it Kelly, we don't need being kept reminded that you're American. You can still speak in real sentences and we won't forget.
Might as well bring in Ali G as a judge.

"That's what I'm talking about".

This is what I think she said,

Kitty. I think this performance was a really fun performance. Its so funny because I was thinking about one... more... something.... to do, you know what I mean? Not in a bad way, but I am just saying like you had so many tricks, but it was dope though, I cant...you know...I cant (cry?) on you. It was a great performance, a great performance.
I understood most of what she said but what she did say just didnt make much sense. lol

Maybe they're trying to make her into the new Paula - a lot of the stuff she says is incoherence at its best.

She's artless. Actually reminds me of Louise from Big Brother ..although I think Louise was playing dumb and could atleast sometimes express herself, albeit, threw farts.

I am american, and couldn't understand half of it

I mostly don't listen to them anyway. They say what they're told to say,and it generally means nothing.

I have gone from loving everything about Kelly Rowland in her pre X Factor days to now hating her with a passion. Hate may sound to strong a word but I really can't stand her.
She is so fake it does my head in.

She may well have been understandably uncomfortable having to praise a poorly sung and cheesy bordering on comical performance when she didn't mean a word of it,which would explain the stumbling over wrds. That's kind of how it seems based on the text.

I keep wondering if she's been told to be more "stereotypical" American, I'm sure she wasn't quite as bad as this at the audition stages/judge's houses?! But she's got worse over the last few weeks :/

I often don't understand her. It's like she has her own ghetto language or something. In desperate need of a translator I think

There are subtitles but the auto speech recognition equipment couldn't decipher it either, and thats why the subtitle stream went blank.

I suppose that's not the worst way to put it. Yes, its not that different in spirit from Cockney--it comes from a similar set of circumstances.

But certainly as a woman with a lot of media experience, she can leave that speech behind when she cares too. Although I can see if she's genuinely excited her forgetting too.

I think it was one of those times when you know what you want to say, but you just can't get the right words out. I understood the essence of what she was trying to say. She was saying Kitty had a lot going on in that performance.

She is to us what Cheryl Cole was to the Americans - and should have the same fate. Ship her back.
