Voting - the elephant in the room

Which act is going to benefit most from the **** Vote now that Frankie's gone?

VFTW?As in Vote for the worst? Kitty the nasal toned mediocre voiced tribute act, obviously. She is the worst by a long way. That's why she's been bottom2 the most .

I doubt even their majestic powers can save a pathetic wannabe like Karaoke Kitty, though.

Whereas a nasally, breathy, flat and out of tune Janet, will most likely scrape through

She's not nasal and rarely flat. She isn't technically great by any means, and I often dislike her tone, but can still hear in it technically good qualities that are going to make her successful at least to a degree .She has potential and marketability, whereas there are a million would-be singers who, like Kitty, have shrill, nasal, incompetent voices that will never be much more than 2nd rate pop lite/shouted rock.Unlike Kitty, most accept it and find something realistic to do for a career.

Kitty is a decent, skilled tribute act,and credit to her for finding a way to maximize copycat skills to the point of being able to earn money performing in spite of her lack of vocal ability, because for someone with a voice that poor in quality to do even that takes a lot of work to compensate.

Still, she's not a good singer and as herself without the tribute act skills backing her up she has no chance.

I believe Mischa will be in the bottom 2, the dogs on the street are talking about her mudering 'Born this Way' the polls on D.S. indicate the same, and either Janet or Craig although Janet was slightly better than last week. Just keep voting for Kitty.

This forum never ceases to amaze me, we have experts here in just about everything. Just because you tap it out on your keyboard it neither makes it true or factual.

Indeed - shes almost never flat. She is however constantly sharp when trying to hit the low notes. Kitty has a better voice, though Janets connects better on an emotional level.

to the OP, I guess Marcus will gain most from Frankies demise - however I think a more important question is who will loose votes now Amelias back.

i think Kitty will loose some, but as shes not liked by the general public shell be off this week (probably) or next (possibly) anyway (I say this as a fan too )

I think both Janet and Misha will also loose some - though not as many.

People who consider Janet to be a better performer than Kitty really need some help!

Kitty has put in a good performance every single week. Janet has been poor most weeks.

To me (and the Mrs) Janet wasn't really any better than Frankie...

As OP, I'd like to point out that - before Singy Thingy decided to go all Miss Havisham on us in yet another inapposite thread - I did ask a proper question that it might be worth doing some proper speculating about.

Y'know.

Case in point I suspect - I have been voting for Kitty since week 2. Shes grown on me. I could never vote for Misha or Janet as I feel both are overrated - Janet more than Misha, but I just dont get Misha.

That said - now amelias back she will get my vote ad long as she doesnt completely loose the vocals (I wont vote for anyone who doesnt actually sing in tune regardless of how much I like them).

No but what can be heard with a decent pair of (unbiased) ears is.

The OP could have been specific instead going all Miss **** ...yaknow.

Agree,in low range,Janet does tend sharp. She has a very limmited lower register.

Kitty, however, has a shrill, ordinary voice, and that is why she appeals less than Janet's at least marketable one.
