I really do not understand why he is now the favourite to win. Yes he is a good singer but I find him quite dull. I always thought he was just one of those forgettable acts to fill up spaces and who would go out in the first couple of weeks, but it looks like he's set to win. But why is everyone voting for him!?
What does everyone see in Marcus?

He was seen as cannon fodder initally and had no chance, but as the favourites performed worse and worse (or were shock bottom 2s) Marcus performed consistently well and was versatile so did well with each theme. Hence his popularity going up whilst others went down. This week is a bit of blip though because it was a weaker performance for him so it will be interesting to see whether he has gained a core fanbase (large enough to save him) or whether he was supported by floaters who will leave him this week for Amelia. I hope its the former

I would love to go and watch Marcus perform live, he would really entertain me, he reminds me of Olly Murs, who I loved going to watch. Don't think he'll win though, my favourites never do, they always come second or third.
I have no idea why people are voting for him little mix much are better IMO. He is my least favourite act currently.
I did like him until last night. Those little snarls he gave Tulisa and Kelly for criticising him. He's never had proper criticism from the judges before and he did not like it one little bit.

He has had some of the most difficult(by a long way) vocal and performance combos,and has managed to be at least good no matter what gets thrown at him. He has the best voice technically,and has been the most consistently good performer.
I like Little Mix better,and think they have potential to be great,but credit where due-Marcus is the most generally talented act at this point.
