Gary - pot, kettle, black

Just heard on Xtra Factor a part where Gary explained his comments about Little Mix, saying they should do something different.
Thats rich coming from Gary when Craig has done a ballad/power ballad for 5 out of 6 weeks

i must admit i had a little chuckle to myself last night over garys comments,,,

he called little mix predictable and samey... and then said marcus, who basically did the same thing from last week, said he had found his niche... why is it ok for marcus to have a niche and little mix not to!?

Gary should know that having a constant in your style is not a bad thing. Adele is known for mainly one style, and she has forged a massive career out of it.

Yes, being versatile is important, but you risk alienating your fans and not fitting into any particular market if you try to hard to be different all the time. Craig is a ballad artist, Little Mix are fun, energetic pop artists. They have their sounds and their styles. Don't fix what isn't broken.

Janet tried it last week on the advice of the judges and fell apart on stage.
