Evening all, hope everyone is well.
Had a hetic day, daughter not well so been looking after wee gandaughter shes such a sweetie, nearly 1, picked up her brother from school, off to Mc Ds, shopping buying comics and sweets, when I ran out of cash I said oh no Grannys got no cash left in my purse m Calum said, never mind Granny go to the machine lol, put the card in and he taped in all the wrong numbers lol.

Do you mean the bakelite phone? We have one of those but don't use it as a phone now (ornament only) as people kept telling us they couldn't hear us properly, think it has something to do with the mouthpiece. We got ours about 20 years ago though so they might be better now - I think ours was an authentic one from whenever that had been adapted so that might have had something to do with it too
