Yes in Kerry.
I love to go and see my 4 grandchildren (3 born in Kerry) and him and DIL , but the journey is horrendous,
Leave here at 9am and reach his house at 1am.
We allow for stops for a cuppa etc.
4hours to ferry, 2hours on ferry, 4 hours from ferry to Lisspole.

Yes that is what usually happens with estimated bills. I always give an actual reading - even if I know the estimated reading is less than it should be otherwise the bill will be bigger next time
