Hi Mugsy.
I wake up at 4am every day although i do get to sleep quite easily
thank goodness.
Truoble is i get up and then most mornings i go to sleep in my armchair
Its ridiculous.

I think I am finally starting to sleep quite well again - it has taken me so long though. I wonder what caused my lack of sleep last year

How i wish i had been one of eithers good friends.
I would have sorted them out or died trying.
It reallyis sooooooooo sad.


Well they cant say we have not been OT today can they.

This last 10 days I've gone to bed exausted every night, but i wake up after about 2-3 hours and my mind just starts turning, and that's it I'm awake.

I know tonight I might sleep better cause my money came today and my mind is more at peace so I shall probably keep Laura up till Celeb finishes and take her to bed with me for a good sleep (although her elbow in my face and her farting might not make that the easiest thing in the world )

See i didnt have distractions like LF to keep me awake last year.

My early wake ups have only been since middle of this year.

What is wrong with us people?

That's something that never ocurred to me, but you are right, they would have rubbed Josie's nose in it, one or two more than than the others, I could be proven wrong, but i did'nt believe it then, and I don't believe it now

I always have a good day on a Wednesday as I am not in work Hope your day is going well

To all the insomniacs out there, my sister was like that a couple of years ago, she took herbal sleeping tabs called Slumber Tablets by Seven Seas, worked wonders, there made from lettuce or you could turn into a rabbit and just eat a few bags maggi x

all of you that carnt sleep go to the chemist and buy PHENEGAN, its a anti histomine and they will ask why your buying it and say you have runny eyes or nose from an allergy, its around £3 and you might have to sign for it, a south african nurse (who sounded like aussie) reccomended it when we were doing nights in a prison and i couldnt sleep i can reccomend them personnaly i had the 10mg didnt take them long, occaisionly would take 2, after i started with them always kept them by bed, and if i didnt sleep for 2 or 3 days ar didnt get much sleep id take 1, not took any for about 5 years but since started on citalopram 3 years ago, i sleep better than i have for the last 40yrs
they are none addictive,

I had enough of working a 5 day week so I dropped a day this year. Wednesday is my shopping day and it is supposed to be my housework day but I spend more time here than doing housework

That's my girl.

Thats what i need to do have a day for shopping and house work

I know what I prefer doing - oh well the housework can wait for another day again
