I have had my foxsat hdr since the demise of the old TIVO service.
At no time has there ever been still chapter images in the media list, just a greyed out boxes where they should be.

Can anyone help please or should I take it back.

They get built overnight as part of the overnight housekeeping. Your box must be in sby at 3am for the thumbnails to be created.
