My overall take:
Gbemi (fashion designer) - out of depth, easily bored and rather inflexible
Harry H (Brighton Boy) - a likeable all-rounder who does what he's told, but not a leader nor an enterpriser.
Harry Marmite - a pompous snob and a poor team player, but rather good at pitching
Haya (Grandma's Girl) - reliable as a team member, but doesn't speak up when she disagrees. Can be inflexible and not adventurous
Hayley (Head Girl) - sensible but too conservative, figuratively and literally
James (Irish lad) - talks bollocks but has an uncanny knack of proving himself right
Lizzie (Henna Girl) - not sure what to make of her
Zara (Take No Accountability Girl) - inflexible and while wonderfully professional to customers, rude to team members. Poor instinct on pricing. She's better off working in film marketing.
I think Lizzie, Zara, Harry Marmite and James have a good chance of winning.
