Fab news for both Reb and 1D. I was hoping Cher would take off over there too but no sign of her in the charts yet?

Cher is doing well, but this is just the start for her. WUB is currently #34 on the radio Top 40 format and climbing fast, specially considering that she is a newbie there. Its iTunes chart position reflects the amount of airplay and is at #104 now, which is completely decent.
The US radio charts are slow, it takes three or four months for songs to peak, and as long as WUB keeps climbing, the sales will follow.

I wanted to add that although WUB isn't on the billboard charts yet, it is moving up nicely on the radio charts and has reached a level that is starting to have an effect on sales. The song in now #44 on Itunes, up from around #100 a week ago.
