Yet another politically correct storyline from the office of Herr Marquess. No wonder people are turning off in their drove. All this from the man who inflicted the chimp on us. The marriage of two of the Bills favourite characters was over before it even began. How sad

There is far too much gay stuff in that soap it's unbeleivable.
There must be a gay writer or something because they are obsessed with homosexulaity in that programme. |

there is a lot of it about. It is so in your face on TV ( not just gay sex but hetero nudity and inuendo), no wonder children are mirroring the soaps in real life with record cases of diseases, pregnancies, partner, experimentation.
TV is sometimes terrible to watch with my children 7-13 years as they ask lots of questions. They used to love the bill when it was cop stories not personal relaionships at the fore. |

IMHO All soaps have become more sex focused over the last few years, Neighbours of late is mad! Not that I'am moaning

I don't watch The Bill but I was intrigued by the title of this thread.
Not exactly news is it? Emmerdale did this years and years ago, with Zoe and her partner. Why would anyone be shocked/bothered enough for it to be a ratings-puller? |

All a bit unnecessary really, but each to their own and no it won’t put me off watching The Bill – although I do think weddings are a load of sentimental bullsh*t.
